King Billy Casino - Issue with a €2,000 withdrawal to MasterCard

I registered at King Billy a few days ago. Now I was lucky and made a 2.000€ withdrawal which was processed in short term. Everything ok. But instead of crediting the total amount of 2.000€ to my cc, it was a transaction which blocks the amount on my cc. Again. I had the same issue with Direx LTD Casino a few days ago. See here :

I can confirm that withdrawals to my Mastercard works fine with other Casinos than Direx LTD.

I contacted the support this morning in order to not have the same discussions over 1 1/2 Weeks like last time. But the feedback was (unfortunately) again that withdrawal was succesful and no issue from casino side. It takes now 10 days until this blocking on my cc will be released automatically and the casino will then tell me that there was a problem...

Maybe we can shorten this timeframe now. We all know what will happen. I made now a deposit with my Visa and I‘m asking you to rebook the 2.000€ back to my account and I will do the withdrawal with Visa.
