Funds in account and withdrawal confirmation, but not processed


Hi all. It seems King Billy casino has been blocked in Australia. I had $500 in my account and had a pending withdrawal for $1500. I have been unsuccessful in getting in touch with the casino and I am wanting to obviously get my $500 withdrawn and make sure that my other $1500 is processed. Wondering if I can get some help here?

I think this may be solved, I used a VPN to at least contact the casino who gave me a different webpage to use, email received confirming withdrawal so looks to be ok now. Original emails I sent were just bouncing.
