€2,700 lost, but baron Cashback not given

Hi, I lost over 2700 € at King Billy Casino last Month on 29.11.2021 and I am level Baron. That Means I should get 5% Guaranteed Cashback if I lose more than 500€ in a week. So I have waited and waited and I didn't got that 5% cashback. I Contact the casino support and they said my losses where less than 500€ that week. I only made deposit over than 2700€ that week and make no withdraw and I have deposit without a wager bonus or another bonus at depositing that money....

I have screenshot from the chat with 3 different Casino supports and all of them first wrote "please give me 5 min to check your account" and then there comes a simple standard copy paste sentence from thereAGB which says "Bitte lassen Sie mich erklären, dass die Summe der verlorenen Wetten ohne Bonus weniger als 500 EUR beträgt." which is really ridiculous :D....
