Deposit withdrawn from bank but not credited to my casino account


I made a $50 deposit which was withdrawn from my bank but not added to my King Billy account. I contacted them straight away via live chat and asked them where is my money my deposit is showing pending they said there’s a problem with the card deposits.

I then tried once again to deposit $30 that also done the same thing again at first saying pending but then showing rejected. I have screen shots of everything that’s happened. I’ll attach all the information.

Please help as they are saying they did credit my money when they haven't.
