I have forwarded all my ID several times and they keep rejecting it with no explanation. I have won £1900 and it is not paying out! I have emailed them several times contacted them on their Facebook and Instagram pages and am being ignored and there is no contact number. Also it seems I am one of many people going through this with this particular casino. Is this a scam? How are they getting away with this?

As stated from our support team your bank details were incorrect and this is why your withdrawal was not processed correct. Sadly we are unable to know if your bank details are incorrect until we receive the failed withdrawal bounce back.
Once we received this we prompted you to request a new withdrawal.
Trustly is instant in many cases you are correct but it can take 1-3 days with a few banks and your withdrawal yesterday via trustly looks correct. If you don’t have it by Friday please contact us again and we will be happy to assist.

i am having the worst time with this casino as the communication with this company is appalling. im going round in circles and am getting no direct reply to what im tring to say in my numerous emails to them. i arranged a bank transfer last Tuesday and emailed them friday as i haven't received it and my bank said nothing is pending. dunder then went on to say that it had been accepted by my bank and that the money will be with me Monday. i emailed again today as i still havent received the funds and they said my info was wrong with i can assure you it is not and its been sent back to them. i have no withdrawn vis trustly which should be instant. but still nothing. i am fed up of being messed around now this has become very upsetting
