I placed a withdrawal request on the date of 2nd December for the amount is 3000 INR.. they are not providing me any reference or transaction id. And they said me the amount is successfully transferred to my account.. when I ask for a reference id they always told me to there is some problem with the payment provider.. and not solved my problem.
it's already passed more than 8-9 days... please help
