I have followed all terms and conditions, have waited the requisite amount of days multiple times, and have still not received my redemption.
I am repeatedly sent the same cut-and-paste emails asking for documents---I provide the documents and then am told to wait 24-48 hours. Days later when I reached out again, I received the same email asking for the same documents already provided.
This cycle has been going on since July 21st. I look forward to any assistance you may be able to provide to resolve this issue. I am happy to provide all relevant documents and communication related to this redemption.
