I have requested a redemption from Jackpota.com on July 7th. I received an email from them stating the winnings should hit my bank account within 3 business days. Since then i go back and forth, they are telling me that the relevant team is working on it. No emails to inquire additional informations nor to let me know when they are processing the payment. Chatted with few agents, all gave me different informations. Yesterday i was asked again about the bank account number and routing which i provided at the time of request but i sent them again. Still no update. I don’t think is a reliable site.
