7BitCasino - Ignored by casino after trying to withdraw

In November I won over €2500. I made a withdrawal and uploaded my documents but nothing happens. I sent the Casino an email asking about the delay, and the reply was "I have sent the request to the finance department for them to check your account as soon as possible..."

That was the only time they have replied to me. That was 7 weeks ago.

My documents are still pending verification in the casino, any emails I send them are ignored and I have sent messages using the contact form on their web site but those are also ignored. If I try to speak to Online Chat I am told they “will send a message to finance about it."
But now even the Online Chat ignores me and my balance is missing and I have still not heard back from them since early December.
