I opened an account with gday casino and deposited 100 euro to avail of the welcome offer. After about 3 minutes of playing my account was self excluded.When I contacted live support they told me this has been done in error on their side. They sent off a request and told me this would take 10 days to reopen which is ridiculous as this was their error. It has since been 11 days and no response dispite numerous chasing.
Finally today I recieved a response to say my account was reopened however their was a cooling off period of 1 week or so.This will mean this casino has held my money for 3 weeks without me being able to access the account for no reason. This was totally their mistake.I have asked them today for a refund and have been told this will be considered and will take 28 days for a response which is extremely unacceptable. This was totally their fault for closing the account and they have held my money for nearly 2 weeks and expect me to wait another month.
Can you assist on this as I cannot believe this should be allowed.I have played numerous online casinos and never seen carry on like this.I am not getting any satisfactory answers when I query support or any information so have no option but to escalate now at this stage.
