I've been waiting for my withdrawel of £199 since the Wednesday last week (the 8th) I've not had any email contact at all about what's holding this up.
I asked live chat, they said someone would contact me within the hour, and that was Friday I think. I contacted them this morning and they said again, someone would e-Mail me within the hour.
It's now 8PM and I've not heard a single word!
