Fenix casino - Delayed payment/ignore emails

I signed up to Fenix casino on 7th July, 2015. I made three deposits. On my third deposit of 100GBP I received a bonus of 150 GBP and after I completed the wagering requirements associated with the bonus I ended with a balance of 1759.20. I requested a withdrawal for the maximum allowed of 1000 GBP on that day. Since then I have been promised by live chat the withdrawal would be processed within a couple of days but payment didn't arrive. Also I have sent over 10 emails to suppor­[email protected]­eni­xca­sin­o.com asking when my withdrawal would be processed but I never get a reply.
