Fenix casino - Delayed payment/ignore emails


Hello,

I signed up to Fenix casino on 7th July, 2015. I made three deposits. On my third deposit of 100GBP I received a bonus of 150 GBP and after I completed the wagering requirements associated with the bonus I ended with a balance of 1759.20. I requested a withdrawal for the maximum allowed of 1000 GBP on that day. Since then I have been promised by live chat the withdrawal would be processed within a couple of days but payment didn't arrive. Also I have sent over 10 emails to suppor­t@f­eni­xca­sin­o.com asking when my withdrawal would be processed but I never get a reply.

Fenix Casino does not credit my funds from Casino-For-Me account
I discovered Casino-For-Me from Askgamblers newsletters. I have created an account at casino-for-me on 08.08.2014 then made a deposit of 400 euro and got a welcome bonus of 800 euro. I played slots and I was lucky I won a big sum. I completly fulfilled the wagering requirements for that bonus and my balanse was 12,009.55 euro. 15.08.2014 I requested a withdrawal of 1600 euro but I never received. Since october 2014 the address line of the Casino-for-Me automaticly started transfers me to fenixcasino web-site. In live chat I was said that I need to create an account at fenixcasino and after that they whould restore my balance. 27.10.2014 I created an account at Fenix Casino and sent all requested documents. It had been 3 months since I created an account at Fenix and asked for funds transfer they did not answered for my emails. 26.01.2015 they said that the records show that the sum in question is 10,409.55 euro and before continuing with the process of transferring the funds they need my agreement that this is the correct amount. I tried to explain them that I requested a withdrawal of 1600 euro but never received it so total amount is 12,009.55 euro. Then after one month they sent me this email: 18.02.2015 Dear Mr. XXXXXX, thank you for your email, we apologize for the late reply. We have waited for the funds that were supposed to be transfered to Fenix Casino, however as the situation stands with communication with Casino for Me management, it seems that we will never receive them, therefore we unfortunately could not make the transfer. We do understand that this is a very unpleasant situation and would advise your to seek more information at Casino for Me management, as they would be the best address to answer all your questions and concerns.
