Won't Pay 52,000 EUR of legitimate winnings! Beware!


I won in November 2014 60,000 EUR in Fenix Casino 8000 was paid and this is it, they stopped paying and refuse to pay my winnings, ignore my emails and stole my money.

They are already blacklisted for this non pay at Gambling Grumbles (http:­//w­ww.g­am­bli­ngg­rum­ble­s.c­om/­Rep­ort­s/F­eni­x-C­asi­no_­Not­-pa­yin­g-t­he-­ins­tal­ments) but I continue to complain in order to be paid, hopefully askgamblers may help, I suggest all player not to even think to deposit money because if you win big they simply won`t pay you although they promise very nicely to pay like this email they sent

The we didnt receive the money issue was already discussed and we agree you pay the money, I showed the email above confirming this and your condition was to remove the bad reports from the forum, the bad reports were about the we didnt receive the money stupid excuse, you should be ashamed to raise this issue again moreover it was already agreed that you pay in full and email above prove it. I insisted to get an email from you and not only words on the phone but I see that even an email that all the world can see, you still play your games in order not to pay winnings to players. you should be ashamed and I don't know how you are still in business

The money was won at your casino and not at Casino For Me.

The money was cash and you did receive the money from casino for me it is actually same owners same casino. and even if you dont admit it you did receive the money,

I have a confirmation email you did receive the money from casino for me and I show here the confirmation saying it is cash and I am free to play it.

Just to explain the situation here, casino for me closed down and I had 6000 EUR at Casino For Me, Casino For Me told all players the balance will be transfered to their new casino Fenix Casino. After running after Fenix and casino for me for a month I finally manage to get the transfer done to Fenix casino and email above confirming the money arrived and that it is cash and I am free to play or cashout. I chose to play because I trusted your brand, what a big mistake I made.

Trying to deny the winnings after the transfer was done is stealing no other word. You stole the money from me giving excuses that god knows how you find and create.

2 times you lied. First lie was saying the money is cash you are free to play it.

Then you asked me to remove the complaint from forums saying you will pay in full as mentioned in email above - it was the second big lie. I am waiting to hear the third lie.

Here is again the email confirming we agreed you pay in full

We would like to inform you that we have not received the funds from Casino for Me, nor do we expect to receive them. Nevertheless, we have issued €6,404.00 from our own fund to your new Fenix Casino account and we subsequently paid out €6,000.00. Because Casino for Me never transferred the funds, we cannot consider the amount which we credited to you as real cash, therefore the winnings from it technically do not exist. After significant discussions, we have decided to void all winnings. We hope that since you did receive the most of your initial withdrawal that you made in Casino for Me, this will not result in any ill will towards Fenix Casino. We are under new management, meaning there is a separate operation which has no contact with the one in Casino for Me.

We understand that you might be disappointed in this decision. If for whatever reason you would like to know more, please contact Casino for Me management directly.

Fenix Casino does not credit my funds from Casino-For-Me account
I discovered Casino-For-Me from Askgamblers newsletters. I have created an account at casino-for-me on 08.08.2014 then made a deposit of 400 euro and got a welcome bonus of 800 euro. I played slots and I was lucky I won a big sum. I completly fulfilled the wagering requirements for that bonus and my balanse was 12,009.55 euro. 15.08.2014 I requested a withdrawal of 1600 euro but I never received. Since october 2014 the address line of the Casino-for-Me automaticly started transfers me to fenixcasino web-site. In live chat I was said that I need to create an account at fenixcasino and after that they whould restore my balance. 27.10.2014 I created an account at Fenix Casino and sent all requested documents. It had been 3 months since I created an account at Fenix and asked for funds transfer they did not answered for my emails. 26.01.2015 they said that the records show that the sum in question is 10,409.55 euro and before continuing with the process of transferring the funds they need my agreement that this is the correct amount. I tried to explain them that I requested a withdrawal of 1600 euro but never received it so total amount is 12,009.55 euro. Then after one month they sent me this email: 18.02.2015 Dear Mr. XXXXXX, thank you for your email, we apologize for the late reply. We have waited for the funds that were supposed to be transfered to Fenix Casino, however as the situation stands with communication with Casino for Me management, it seems that we will never receive them, therefore we unfortunately could not make the transfer.
