Helo, I registered some days ago. I made a deposit, made two winning and 1 lost bets, and I required a withdrawal. I didnt take any bonusses. My documents were confirmed. However more than 48 hours passed ( live support told me it will take up to 48 hours) and my withdrawal isnt completed. I`ve just contacted the live support and they told me my account is being investigated. So, I had to read first the bad reviews about fenixcasino and then to register there. I dont understand why my account is investigated. Actually you can tell everyone "Your account is being investigated and not to pay" I have 2 100 euros there. However I am grateful that there are forums like this- people can complain.

Hello, there is an update of this complaint. My winnings of 2100 euros were confiscated.

I didnt take any bonusses,

As far as I know, bookmakers make problems when bonus is taken, so here I am absolutely shocked.

I didnt break any rule or term.

They claim that someone else made similar bets and THAT`S THE ONLY REASON why they confiscate my winnings. You see, this is ridiculous. I bet on Osassusa- Valencia -X, and the next day on other event.

This day, there were so few matches, only Valencia playes and I tried to explain them that it is normal someone else to play the same event.

It is very funny because...if they confiscate winnings for playing the same event..it means..if they hace 200 customers...everyone shoyld play different events.

So, their reasons are ridiculous. However I found ten more complaints against them, so it seems regular practice from these guys.

What can we do? Thank you!

Fenix Casino does not credit my funds from Casino-For-Me account
I discovered Casino-For-Me from Askgamblers newsletters. I have created an account at casino-for-me on 08.08.2014 then made a deposit of 400 euro and got a welcome bonus of 800 euro. I played slots and I was lucky I won a big sum. I completly fulfilled the wagering requirements for that bonus and my balanse was 12,009.55 euro. 15.08.2014 I requested a withdrawal of 1600 euro but I never received. Since october 2014 the address line of the Casino-for-Me automaticly started transfers me to fenixcasino web-site. In live chat I was said that I need to create an account at fenixcasino and after that they whould restore my balance. 27.10.2014 I created an account at Fenix Casino and sent all requested documents. It had been 3 months since I created an account at Fenix and asked for funds transfer they did not answered for my emails. 26.01.2015 they said that the records show that the sum in question is 10,409.55 euro and before continuing with the process of transferring the funds they need my agreement that this is the correct amount. I tried to explain them that I requested a withdrawal of 1600 euro but never received it so total amount is 12,009.55 euro. Then after one month they sent me this email: 18.02.2015 Dear Mr. XXXXXX, thank you for your email, we apologize for the late reply. We have waited for the funds that were supposed to be transfered to Fenix Casino, however as the situation stands with communication with Casino for Me management, it seems that we will never receive them, therefore we unfortunately could not make the transfer. We do understand that this is a very unpleasant situation and would advise your to seek more information at Casino for Me management, as they would be the best address to answer all your questions and concerns.
