Withdrew my money on 2024/07/30, From >22< days ago, And until this moment i didn't receive it!!!

Why do Fairspin workers break the rules that were set in by themselves? ((Violation of exceeding 10 banking working days)) Paragraph No. 5.14. From ACCOUNT, PAY-OUTS AND BONUSES it?

Is there a liquidity problem facing Fairspin platform? That's couldn't gives me my money?

Do they think that by prolonging the procedures like this, I will reverse the withdrawal and continue gambling?

From the date 30 of July2024 to this moment, 21 of august 2024, it has been 22 days since the withdrawal process was made. And every day I try to ask them what happened with it, and they return to me with scripted answers, and a lot of copying and pasting of the responses!

A very unpleasant situation, this harms the reputation of the platform!

Point 5.14. from “Account, Pay-outs and Bonuses” section of the Terms and Conditions present and we always follow it.
However, we would like to mention that Terms and Conditions of the gaming platform work separately and together at the same time.

To be more simple - our Team always cares to complete every transaction of every member in the period that is set.
But specific transactions can require more time for correct processing of it.
Such conditions can take place due situations and/or processes that must be used for successful transactions.

"vip customer manager", and they continue to prolong the issue .

Their excuses are very weak and they are looking for a reason not to give me my money

My Total transactions on Fairspin (deposit & withdrawal):-

Total deposits= $301,356.31 USDT

Total withdrawals= $138,264.15 USDT

These transactions were successfully completed from August 15, 2022 until July 24, 2024 (Nearly two years)


After this huge transactions.. they rejected my withdrawal "wich is pending for 55 days"..
for ‏"verification processes" as they claimed !!

They prolong the issue for 55 days for many claims..last claims is "verification processes" !!

Thats unbelievable!!!

After this deliberate procrastination for nearly two months, please contact the lawyer that assigned by me.
The matter has become very boring! The lawyer has contacted the fairspin platform and their operator"Techcore Holding B.V",I hope that fairspin will cooperate with him. These issues will be discussed from A to Z. I believe that if fairspin platform continues in this manner of procrastination, we will go to the "Curaçao" court and it is possible that gambling license will be suspended.

As you know, the issue was unresolved in AskGamblers, so I made the decision to transfer my claim through a private lawyer and take it to the Curaçao court,The platform fairspin.io is operated by Techcore Holding B.V., company And it subject to Curaçao Gaming Control Board
