Hi, its been two days I have been requesting a withdrawal to my debit card, with which I made the deposit and I have withdrawn before but it keeps getting rejected. Customer service tells me to use the bank account method, which is not visible on withdrawal methods. When I tell this to the customer service team they keep telling me the technical department is working on it, and contact us tomorrow.

Hello!

The Gaming Platform Team would like to take part in this complaint and make some details of it clearer.

At this moment a transaction created by a member of the gaming platform is in process and will be completed in the shortest possible time.
Important to mention that withdrawal request with specific that make it available to complete has been created by the player on the 5 of December.

According to this fact - withdrawal request is not out of normal time for completion.

Our Team understands that transactions are a big part of experience for every member of the gaming platform and always care about every deposit/withdrawal.
We are sure that withdrawal that becomes the subject for this complaint will be completed soon.
