At this moment your actual withdrawal is not out of the normal period of time that is set for this type of transaction.
According to the “Terms and Conditions”of the gaming platform “Fairspin”(with which you agree when becoming a member of the gaming platform) withdrawal can take up to 10 days for completion.
10 days is the maximum possible period for completion of your withdrawal.
That information has been provided in the response to your last request to the Support Department of the gaming platform.

“Fairspin” has set such a time period to work and complete transactions of the members of the gaming platform even if there will be any difficulties.
Also we must mention that almost never withdrawal of any member of the gaming platform takes a whole 10 days for completion.
