It's always round and round. A number of players have already complained. I won $3011 and submitted a withdrawal request. 10 banking days have passed and the money is nowhere to be found. The support keeps writing the same thing and no one is willing to solve the problem. At first they said they sent $800 but the transaction history says "in progress". They didn't even allow me to make multiple withdrawals, but I had to withdraw the total amount. I have screenshots of the conversation for everything. I strongly warn against this casino.

I have been waiting for payment since November 9. and still nothing. It's the same problem as the previous complaints. You're just prolonging it for no reason. It's probably some kind of intention. I have never encountered this in my life.

Apologies for all the delays.

According to our data player’s withdrawal has already been processed and sent to him on 24.11
The sum of this withdrawal is 3011$ which in turn converts to 2891.16 Euro according to the exchange rate at the time.

Yes, I confirm that this is indeed the case. Please close the case. I'll just point out that there was one withdrawal, but the casino sent a total of 4 payments, which makes no sense at all. And overall it was hell :) Thank you ASKGAMBLERS for your support.
