First I won $10,000 which they allowed me to withdraw to another card. They paid them out in minutes. I invested in their summer winter tournament. When I managed to win $11,000 and I'm in 4th place in a $10,000 tournament, suddenly the problems started. The payment gateway for deposits has stopped working. First one card, then the other. Suddenly they put a hold on my winnings saying it was being processed by the finance department. They refused to pay me part of the winnings and as a solution they asked me to cancel the winnings. This is the second time that things have happened at this casino where they are supposed to pay me my winnings, but they try to put the player in a completely hopeless situation for no reason. Moreover, I repeatedly asked them that I needed the money. Here they treat the player who bets big money absolutely appallingly. It's a shame though, it looked like everything was absolutely perfect.

Also, please note that we are always doing everything in order to complete your withdrawal as soon as it is possible, however in case of requests with higher than usual amounts it may take additional time in order to process your withdrawal.

Hello, Fairspin Casino is preventing me from withdrawing. And that's because you've repeatedly de-selected if I've asked for a second one. Your claim was that selections can only be merged into one. If I win again and request a withdrawal, I have to cancel the previous withdrawal. Since you have 10 working days, it is not possible to withdraw the money. If I win and they keep my money, the previous withdrawal will have to be voided. I consider it fraudulent. I invested a lot of money in the summer - winter tournament, but by consolidating the selection, it is not possible to continue it. And that's not fair.

I've been asking for at least part of the winnings for 4 days now, I have to ask for 4 days and I keep getting the same answer. No one from Faispin ever informed me on their own. I've even been told they won't talk to me if there's an open line of communication somewhere (here). I wrote that I was waiting for a reply. I'll admit that the hopeless situation has driven me to the point where I'm already uncomfortable with them. It is quite obvious that they are deliberately withholding the payout of the winnings, because I wrote to them that I need the money, otherwise I will be in an unpleasant situation. Now seriously, this is the standard behavior of a quality and decent casino that respects a player who happily invested tens of thousands of dollars with them? I am aware of the 10 working day deadline. Which is the only casino in the world. Every other casino pays instantly. But I think paying out part of the winnings is standard. But as I looked, I am not the first or the last to encounter this frivolous behavior.

We are currently working on processing player’s payment, however there are certain technical complications which cause the delay.

We’re working on fixing it, but in case we are unable to fix them within the next couple of days we will reach out to the player and offer him an alternative withdrawal method.

Hello, may I know why you don't immediately offer an alternative withdrawal if you have complications with the current one? After all, this is a prime example of not wanting the player to have money in their account as quickly as possible. I'm quite sorry. Thank you.

so Fairspin offered me another way to pay out my winnings that works. So I did it. And what happened? Nothing. They keep withholding my money. This is reality. The paradox of things is that in the meantime I requested a withdrawal of the $160 I won on Friday and they paid me immediately. So everything I wrote about the big wins being held back for no reason is true and a sad reality
