Hello,

I’ve won a total of 34000 USD in fairspin casino. The original transaction date (withdrawal request) was Dec 16.12.2022 until I’ve noticed that fairspin has cancelled that request for additional checks on Dec 22.12.2022 

On that same day I was told:

"Additional checks of your bets have been successfully made, there is no point to worry. " They cancelled all my withdrawals requests and I was forced to create a new request 22.12.2022.

After questioning when will the payment take place they said: "Your funds will be split in parts To process faster the funds.". 

I’ve got print screens of all small amounts withdrawal requests before being canceled. After that I’ve made a single withdrawal request of 34000$ (22.12.2022).

10 banking days passed (05.01.2023) and after I asked why I didn’t receive any other payment yet in my bank account, Fairspin forced me to creat a crypto wallet, saying that the payment will be "fast and smooth" with "this exception that they created" for me, as they said. I didn’t have one and created one.

After questioning again, cause I’ve didn’t received any payment, Fairspin told me: "All details had been sent to payment provider and recieving your funds now depends on the payment processor speed.”

Until today Fairspin processed 6 payments:

Bank transference: 8369.35€ (23 December 2022)

Crypto wallet: 2023.98 USD (06 January 2023); 1211,48USD (10 January 2023); 1012,95USD (11January 2023);

Bank transference: 1000 USD (12January 2023) Crypto wallet: 990,55 USD (15 January 2023)

Additionally I’ve made another withdrawal request 1500 USD on 16 January 2023. It’s also still in process.

There are still more than 19000 USD left to be payed and it’s been truly exhausting communicating with fairspin, since the answers are always the same.

Since the casino told me that with a crypto wallet the payment will be processed fast and smooth, I don’t understand what’s happening and I am truly concerned.

Sorry if I didn’t make myself clear.
The original amount in dispute is 34000USD. I made the first withdrawal request on 16/12/2022. The withdrawal was cancelled by Fairspin for additional checks and after being told that they were successfully made, I made a new withdrawal request on 22/12/2022.
From that total amount, fairspin made a bank transfer of 8369.35€ to my bank account on 23/12/2022. Until January 5 I didn’t receive any other parcel and writer to the support. They asked me for a crypto wallet which I’ve created for that purpose. After that I’ve received the amounts that I mentioned in my previous post.

This means that until today, Fairspin processed 6 payments:
Bank transference: 8369.35€ (23 December 2022)
Crypto wallet: 2023.98 USD (06 January 2023); 1211,48USD (10 January 2023); 1012,95USD (11January 2023);

Bank transference: 1000 USD (12January 2023)

Crypto wallet: 990,55 USD (15 January 2023)

Also I’ve made another withdrawal request 1500 USD on 16 January 2023. It’s also still in process.

They say that they have no time frames about further payments.

Thank you for the fast reply.
I´ve made a single withdrawl request of 34000 USD (22 December 2022) + and another one of 1500 USD (16 January 2023).
The amount left to be payed is 18729,04 USD (first withdrawl request) + 1500 USD (second withdrawl request).
