Hello,

I don't understand why my withdrawal is still being processed when I made it two days ago.

I play in more than 4 online casinos and withdrawals are instant and even if there is a delay it is generally 3-4 hours. As the deposit is instantaneous as must be the withdrawal. You cannot take our money in less than a minute and when we want to recover it we are asked for an eternity and especially when we are talking about a sum that is more than 73,000 dollars, and especially when using the method of payment which is USDT TRC-20. There is no easier way of this means of payment and withdrawal. So here is my problem, is it a scam?

I am attaching the evidence here to show that I am fully verified, I am currently waiting for another attempt to withdraw my winnings. Fairspin Casino is not responding to my inquiries as you can see in the screenshots I sent you. So please let me know what you need from me to successfully resolve this case.

Olga from VIP support wrote to me that they will definitely send me the money but so what if they have blocked all my withdrawal attempts so far.

Please help me what to do next because they don't want to pay me my winnings.
