This casino is playing with me, 2 weeks passed, 10 working days, they keep saying - "expect your money soon... then - we have technical difficulty and we can't send you your funds yet", $ 1300 in this case, and they keep me in a loop for 2 weeks without any resolve in sight. This is unbelievable, never seen such a thing, info in attachment. Fairspin, when will you send me my money?

I've received the funds after quite a tiresome process that I've never encountered with any other online casino. Now I can say that this issue is completely resolved.

So to resume:
1. You paid to me by wire before but now your wire system is broken for 2 weeks
2. My card couldn't accept the payment the first time, so you've sent by wire
3. Now you claim you've sent on bank card despite you asked me for my crypto wallet
4. And also you claim that's the only method (why did you tell me you'll send on crypto wallet then?)
5. One client had the same issue and I provided screenshot that he was paid in crypto, then how so is withdrawal on the bank card the only option, and also you successfully sent my funds by wire before but now it is broken

Make up your mind. I didn't get money.

To reply on this: "Sir you made deposits via bank card. Withdraw is only available through this method" - no, you've paid by wire but not your wire is broken. And then why did you ask for my crypto wallet address in chat and email and told me you'll send crypto if that's so. After weeks of waiting you are still claiming various things that simply isn't so. Also I've found another client of yours on the complaints here with the SAME issue. Screenshot provided.

Account blocked and 1678 USD withheld after following support instructions

I have been a loyal VIP player at Fairspin Casino for over 3 years, with total deposits exceeding $8,000. Throughout these years, I have fully verified my account, actively played, and participated in their official TFS token staking program with absolutely zero issues or complaints.

Recently, as the TFS token price steadily declined over the years (from $0.0056 in 2023 to $0.0014 currently), I decided to swap my earned tokens and withdraw my remaining balance.

Since the platform removed the token purchase button and had withdrawal limits, I contacted Fairspin Live Support for guidance. The support agents explicitly instructed and recommended that I split my total withdrawal into consecutive transactions of $500 to expedite the payout process.

I acted in complete good faith and strictly followed the official instructions given by their own support team. Immediately after doing so, my account was suddenly blocked, and my remaining balance of $1,678.55 was withheld under the vague pretext of "rule violations."

To address any potential concerns:

1. My play has always been 100% fair. I have even streamed my gameplay and TFS staking live on my channels (DachaDealer) with an open face.

2. My account is fully verified. Although my old passport expired in May, Fairspin never requested a re-verification (and successfully processed payouts afterwards). Furthermore, I now hold a newly issued, fully valid passport which I am ready to provide instantly.

3. Even after the block, Fairspin's automated system continues to process my active 3-day staking and sends me congratulatory emails about earned TFS Rakeback tokens being credited to my balance.

It is clear that Fairspin is using a completely artificial and groundless "terms violation" excuse to freeze and withhold $1,678.55 from a loyal, long-term VIP customer who simply wanted to withdraw his honest funds during a period of TFS token devaluation.

I demand that Fairspin Casino immediately unblocks my account and allows me to withdraw my full remaining balance of $1,678.55.

They close my account and grab me after 5 years i play here its insane

They closed my account for a trumped-up reason after I'd been playing with them for about five years, making hundreds of thousands of deposits worth hundreds of thousands of USD. I buy and held their token TFS worth 30,000 USD. Also i have active withdrawal in process and about 500 USD on account. They stole everything and now they're not answering to my questions i sendet them in emails. You can see on screenshot that when I try to log in, there's a message. I never ask them to ban my account.

Blocked from account after making first withdrawal request

Hi. I have held a fair spin account since Nov 2024, and deposited many thousands of dollars in it. Today, June 5, I made my first withdrawal request for $1000. I first got a message my ID verification was approved. I was asked for more documentation and I provided all of it. Then I was blocked from my account, with a message saying I violated the terms and conditions! I have done no such thing. Finally, I got an email saying their decision is final- they won’t tell me what I’ve done- just that there was suspicious activity. I’m an old man in cancer treatment- my daughters help me put money in account etc but it’s always from my own accounts I share with them. Every day I have to beg for a paycheck

I won $25,417 and the casino only allows me to withdraw via SEPA. Every day I have to beg for a paycheck. They only paid out two amounts of $1073. Today is the second time they haven't paid. Withdrawals getting rejected and delayed

I recently signed up at Fairspin as all reviews I read were good and I especially like casinos that have very quick withdrawal speeds. I started playing there and passed the KYC verification. I withdrew $2,200USD and had to withdraw in 3 transactions as $1,000 is the maximum for each when using Interac as only available withdrawal method. They kept reversing my withdrawal back into my account and I kept going back to chat with them to find out what was going on. They said it was rejected and to try again. This happened several times. Now I have a very uneasy feeling about all of this. I’ve played online for years and based on technology nowadays there really is no reason for these delays or games casinos seem to play with clients in what seems to be attempts to not pay out funds.
