Hello,

2022.01.07. I deposit my money to Fairspin 16.9$ and I'm playing in live games "Crazy Time, Lightning roulette", and I'm winning 120$, and I request the withdraw same day.

Now 2023.01.08. my withdrawal "In progress", I contact casino support via email and received this -> Your transaction's status is "confirmed" at the moment.

But I didn't receive my money, anyone help me please?
