Hello,

I’ve done 3 withdrawal requests:
- 17/02/2023 1000 Usd= 949.75€ (in fault)
- 21/02/2023 1000 Usd=946.41€ (received 22/02/2023)
- 22/02/2023 2000 Usd payed in 2 transactions of 946.41€ (received 22/02/2023)

All withdrawals appear in my history as processed and completed but there’s a payment of 1000usd=949.75€ missing.
I didn’t receive the withdrawal request of 17/02/2023.

I’ve contacted Support and they told me to wait the 14 days Maximum period for a successful withdrawal. That period ends today.
Still didn’t received the funds.
How come I’ve received the withdrawals made after the first one, and didn’t received that one.
Already sent bank statement as proof I didn’t receive and Fairspin claims: “At this moment the mentioned transaction was completed successfully from the side of the gaming platform”).

As usual, it’s been very difficult and exhausting trying to communicate with support.

Hello, just to update that I’ve received the missing payment.
Thanks to AskGamblers, for being the only way to oblige Fairspin to respect players. It’s a shame the behavior of this casino, since it does whatever is possible to delay payments and does not cooperate in a honest communication. Fairspin requested my crypto wallet address and finally assumed what was obvious from the beginning.
