Eypobet Casino Confiscated Winnings of 2000 EUROS!


Hello AskGamblers,

few weeks ago casino name eypobet Confiscated my winnings of 2000 euro with the reason that i use strategy of bonus abuse and this is absolutely nonsense! at first they paid me the payout of 1000 euro and everything was okay.they keep stole time and then after more than a month they told me about that,i play blackjack for almost all the wagering and then slots,this was never mention on there T&C that you can't blackjack and then slots. i should received my winnings as promised.
please askgamblers help me here!

I made a withdraw but I haven't recieved any money
Hello, I signed up at Eypobet on 30th January and recieved their welcomebonus as promised. Less than a week later I had finished the rollover according to my own calculation and also my accountinfo, so I decided to make a withdraw. I was told I needed to send in documents so I did that the same day and 5 days later (12th Feb) I got a email saying my account was verified and that I would be able to make a withdraw. I replied that I already had a withdraw pending and then they answeared that I would have it in 3-5 working days, which I found quite strange as I used Trustly for my withdraw which according to their own site and my own experience usually takes about 5-10 minutes. I checked my account and the money was still withdrawn from my account but there was no sign of the withdraw in the 'Transactions'-window which got me a little worried as withdraws usually ends up there. Therefore I tried to get a response from Eypobets support on what was going on with my money and why it was taking so long when I used Trustly for the withdraw, but they havent responded me in the chat for 10 days and ignoring all my emails until last Thursday (19th Feb) when I finally got a response, but all it said was that it was forwarded to the financial department and I havent heard anything since then. What worries me the most is that there is no sign of a withdraw being made on my accountinfo and the fact that their support completely ignores my emails and chatmessages, I've experienced once that they responded when I was chatting anonymous and then they closed the chat when I revealed who I was. I heard from a friend that he got his money a few days after submitting a complaint here so I hope I have the same fortune as him. I was considering calling their office tomorrow but I read from another complaint that the number on their website doesn't work. Kind regards, Tayfun
