Hello. So i will start from beginning... May 11 after like one week since i didn't get my winnings i emailed support and got answer that they need more time to process the withdraw. So i waited 2 more days on top of that week emailed them again to see if they can tell me exact date maybe when i will get my winnings. May 13 i emailed them and they said that they have some delays due to a lot request then i wait one more week email them again got short answer that they need little bit more time to process money again... one more week pass they said "We have received your letter.

There are some delays in withdrawal requests processing at the moment. So i just get literally same answer every week keep in mind i put my withdraw may 4 now is may 30 how you take so long to pay my winnings i will attach every email they send me.

2 days passed still didnt get my winnings in couple days its gonna be month since i put my money on withdraw just blows my mind how you can delay someones winnings that long.
