Not paying my winnings for 3 weeks

Withdrawal requests from 04.03.22 are still pending. Live chat on the site does not work, it is possible to contact support only via mail, using the feedback form. They are referred to as problems with processing, which are apparently solved in two months.

Please help me in solving this issue.

I have withdrawal request to Explosino casino from 6th of February of 2022 with the amount of 69 Euros. They delay my pay without reason. They answer to my messages that the delay is because of workload of their department... My account is fully verified and I passed verification 2 times successfully. If you can do something I will appreciate it.

My withdrawal of EUR 132 to Skrill has been pending for more than a week now.

In their t&c the Explosino says that "Withdrawal requests are processed by the Finance Department within 48 hours from the day of requests' application after verification of account."

My account has been verified about 6 months ago.

Their chat reps are promising that the withdrawal will be processed asap but nothing has happened so far.

Hello! I played on explosino casino, made 2 deposits with Skrill, both without any problem. My problem came when I wanted to withdraw. I have a withdrawal request from 07.10.2021. A full month passed and I still have no answer clue if I will ever get my money.

What can I do?

It passed more than 1 month since my withdraw request and I still got no clue of what is happening on explosino. I got only emails in which they are apologising for delay and that is all.

I attached the correspondence that I had with them. If you need more, just tell me and I will provide everything you need.

I emailed them and they are saying to wait. On live chat they say that they forwarded my request and they can’t do anything more.

I saw that they operate on a Curaçao license and they own more casino: Argo, ZigZag777, Ego, Explosino and IVi. Do you have any experience with them? What is your advice?

I made a withdrawal on the 19th for 155 Aud to be processed to my BTC account. I received an email to say my withdrawal was accepted and would be processed and was waiting on the financial department. Their terms and conditions say withdrawal and usually does within 24hrs but may take up to 48 with the financial department. I contacted support several times to confirm my withdrawal was approved and I just had to wait.

5 days later on the 24th I emailed the financial department as well as chat to say I can to use a different BTC address to the one I initially sent them. Instead of just changing the BTC address which I sent them. I had to cancel my withdrawal and start all over again. It's been 3 days since and I have read several reviews about the delay in payments so I'm contacting AG as I feel otherwise I won't see my money

I requested a withdrawal via Ecopayz on 22nd of March 2021. At the beginning of April 2021 they told me via live chat that I should cancel the withdrawal because they do not offer Ecopayz anymore and I should make a new withdrawal request via bitcoin.

On 12th of April 2021 I made a withdrawal request via Bitcoin. Up to now, I did not receive any payment. Futhermore, my emails were not answered. I was told several times via live chat that my withdrawal will be processed "soon".

Now, more than 9 weeks have passed since my initial withdrawal request and I did not receive any money (~150 euros) yet. My account is already verified.

I requested my first withdrawal at Explosino at May 11. Since that day I was waiting and waiting for my withdrawals to be processed but nothing. After writing every day with the live chat and getting the same answer like 'it will be processed as soon as possible' 'We do our best' 'Financial Team have many requests for the moment' ' we have problems with the payment provider' etc.

Yesterday financial team sends me an email and ask me to change my withdrawal method from Mastercard to visa cause they cant process the payment there. They needed for that 1 week. Anyway I did it and they approved just one withdrawal 500 euro. I have still 3 open withdrawals total amount 2500 euro and still 7000 euro open to withdraw cause in this casino u are allowed to withdraw just 1000 euro per transaction. They violated they terms and conditions cause at the casino is standing they approve all the withdrawal is 24 h that's why I decided to play there cause I choose just casinos with fast withdrawals.

I don't wanna wait again 1 week to get 1 withdrawal.

I'm fully verified in this casino btw.

My withdrawal requests from March 15 (€500) and March 16 (€194) are still pending. The live support says it "will be processed soon" whenever I ask for an update. Yesterday they told me that they "temporarily" can't process withdrawals which have been requested via Ecopayz and that I will have to wait a little longer. They said they would contact me via email but I didn't receive any email so far.
