I have withdrawal request to Explosino casino from 6th of February of 2022 with the amount of 69 Euros. They delay my pay without reason. They answer to my messages that the delay is because of workload of their department... My account is fully verified and I passed verification 2 times successfully. If you can do something I will appreciate it.

Excuse me but my payment is pending from 5th of February....Current situation in the world is 10 days.... If you affected from this situation why you are open for registration and second why the deposits doesn't affected from the current situation.

And your answer doesn't make sense. If you can not pay the customers you should give a warning that you can not pay because of the war. Please askgablers i want to make a report to authorities wich explosino get their license. Can you inform me please where i have to send it?

Kindly note that should the affected casino operator fail to respond to your complaint within the allocated timeframe of 96 hours, the case will be closed as unresolved. As a direct consequence of such closure, the operator's ranking score on AskGamblers will be decreased accordingly.
