Hello,

I won at the casino. My acount is fully verified and I made previous withdraws before. Since 5 Days my withdraw of 1000 euro is pending. All message I recieve is that it will be done soon. In the TOS is written, that it takes 0-72 hours. I have 9700 Euro left to withdraw. But I cant request more withdraws because it is only possible to send one request at the same time. So it is also not possible to make one withdraw a day. Also they wont increase the withdraw limit for me. With this speed it takes ages to get my money.

Also the last request is pending since 5 days and not handled

I hope you can help me.
