Stalling withdrawal request
Hello. I have same problem as other members here that did not receive their money. But i’ve Requested withdrawal on e-wallet(Qiwi wallet). Which was my deposit method. Everyday I hear different information from live support and their kyc team(kyc team is ignoring me from Thursday). I’ve created withdrawal request on Wednesday and on Thursday I’ve got an email from evobet that my withdrawal request is approved and I could already receive money. After that kyc team is not responding. Yesterday on Sunday I was talking with live chat and they promised that I will get paid on Monday. Today they say again that from their side money are sent. Sended many emails to their KYC team still no response. If anyone is using e-wallets, you know that there is no way to not receive money that were sent. And I can see in my account withdrawal history that my request wasn’t even processed.
