Stalling my withdrawal for 3,5 weeks now


I have deposited Evobet over 10.000 euros and got winnings of approximately 19.400 euros. At first my withdrawals were just fine and I got first withdrawals (about 6000 euro) quite in their promised 24h withdrawal time limit.

Then the problems begun: Attached youll find the last three requests:
The 1000 euro request 7th March was paid in 4 days
The 1000 euro request 11th March was paid in 11 days
And the latest one I requested 22th march and it is still pending after 3,5 weeks

So I have now 9.400 euro in my gaming account that casino is stalling.

They are not giving me any proper reason for this delay and they are neither not giving me any contact details (besides [email protected] and [email protected]) who I should contact. Support and kyc are just saying that the request is on the list and sorry about the delay and I will get my money shortly. I have asked them many times about the situation and most of the emails are not even responded. I have got couple of confirmations that my withdrawal is on the pending list. (attachments) But nothing happens.

My account has been verified completely and i have got now about 10k of my winnings withdrawn (most of the with same SEPA-payment method as the latest pending one).

I filed also a complaing to Curacao E-gaming 1.4.2019, but the site has not responded to gaming authority either and they requested Evobet to answer again today as you can see from the attachments.

Hope you can do something to this and at least remove the advertisement of fast payments from your site, since the reality is totally different.
