I have a serious gambling problem and Evobet is refusing to close my account permanently. They are only offering 3 months self-exclusion and it is not enough for me. Ive asked them to close my account permanently atleast three different times and told them that I have a gambling problem, yet they are refusing to do it. Could you please help me out?

We believe it is our responsibility to our players to ensure that they enjoy their experience on our site, while remaining fully aware of the social and financial harms associated with problem gambling.

Having stated the above, we would like to apologize to you PELLE1, for putting you through an ordeal such as this, this unfortunately can only be attributed to human error, as having read through your correspondence you at first stated that you wished to close the account due to the KYC process.

Kindly be informed that the account was deactivated permanently on the 14th of this month, with no deposits occuring after the player stated he wished to permanently close the account due to a gambling problem.
