€1000 payment seriously delayed, false promises


Dear,

I played since some time again at Noxwin, first I asked in the Livechat if my account was still verified, and it was.
After that I maked 3 deposit's, €250, €250 and €500 by Skrill, I lost all 3 and try another one, €500 with Skrill also and hitted €1000 at the Liveblackjack table.
I withdrawled the money and Noxwin has a 1 hour pay-out policy, but after the hour no money in my Skrill..

I went to the livechat and they told me it will be soon, but before midnight and also they will add a bonus for the delay when it's payt.
When I came back in the chat after midnight the guy told me it's not in his hands the withdrawls so he can't say when the pay me but hopefully the next day, really weird if you first promised that it will be the same day..
The livechat guy also couldn't 'flush' the withdrawal...

Please pay my €1000 to my Skrill and honour your own terms!
