Hello , so the story beggin on 14 may when i have a withdraw approved by them with the sume 2000 and confirmed by email, as you can see in the ss , then come the next ones one on the date of 15 and on of the date of 20 , 800 and 600. And i provided them with bank statements and all they need it to fix it , but they didn't . And today i was to support again and i will let you see with your own eyes that he told me they dont have an update since 14 may from their payment provider and that to me it seems just lies or unproffesionalism . Please help me solve this issue and get my 3400 . Thank you .

Hello , indeed we was in contact but not with a solution until today . Today i contact them again and an agent of them said friday the money shoul be on me , at least that what payment provider team said to him .
