On the 1st of September I started playing with Dunder Casino and was lucky enough to have a big win, but had to wait until my account was verified before I could withdraw the winnings, so I kept playing with the money I had won and on the 8th of September I won $8,000 so did a withdrawal.
On the 10th of September I got an email (copy attached) to say my account was fully verified and I would not need to do anything else in the future.
I also got another email to say congratulation my $8,013 was on its way (copy attached) but looking closer at the email I found they had the wrong bank account details even though they had already received a copy of my bank statement. I emailed and they advised that the money would bounce back to Dunder but these things take time. Well nearly 3 weeks have gone by and I have contacted Dunder numerous times to ask if my money ever got returned. I was advised in the chat room that it may never come back and there is nothing Dunder can do about that?
My complaint is that money does not disappear into thin air My $8,013 must be somewhere and why is Dunder not looking into this for me?
They say they are here to help but telling me I may never get my money is appalling. Can someone please help me
