On 25/04/19 at 04:06 I made a request to withdraw £2701.55
I was emailed and asked to complete ID verification. I immediately uploaded a copy of my passport and a utility bill. Shortly after this I was asked to upload a copy of the front and rear of the card I paid with. I was unable to complete this upload due to persistent system errors. I emailed customer service as the online chat link is not operational. I attached a copy of the requested ID. To date, customer service have not responded to any of my emails, verification is still outstanding, and the withdrawal request is still pending. There is no telephone number to contact them, and the online chat still doesn't work.
