I contacted Dunder 2 weeks ago to tell them I could not access my account, I was told to clear my cookies and cache on my machine (I did this on my laptop and iPad) still not working and even when I used a computer I had not used before I was still locked out. Notified Dunder on the 31st of October at which point they said they would escalate it to their technical department. I have now contacted them 6/7 times in the last 2 weeks they keep shrugging their shoulders and saying technical is dealing with it and they would contact me. Technical have made no attempt to contact me either by telephone or email to try and resolve it and I don't know where I go from here?
