From looking into your dispute, you reported a missing withdrawal of $150 from 26/2 for which we requested a bank statement for further investigation. After receiving the bank statement, we could determine that the withdrawal had been processed on 01/3 - however, you may not have realised this was from Dunder as your bank had applied some fees which deducted the withdrawal amount from $150 to $128.07. Please note that Dunder never apply any fees on withdrawals, and this must have been on the side of your bank.
For not receiving a confirmation email, I would ask that you check your spam folder, as unfortunately this can occur in some cases.
The reason for the prolonged verification process unfortunately happened since we received 2 non compliant bank statements as well as a copy of a student loan. Due to our compliance regulations, this required us to perform some further checks and to ensure that you are in full control of your gambling, whilst informing you about the responsible gaming tools that we offer on site. Verification was sent to us on 20/2 and was completed by 24/2.
