Joined BO Vegas and was lucky enough to hit a big win approx €6000. Their Security procedure/validation is one of the most stringent I have come across, including having to speak with them over the phone along with forms to be completed and required documents sent, I was half expecting a request for a DNA sample.
After my account was verified I requested a withdrawal of €1000 on 27th July, as they do not like you taking all money from your account in one go and their T&Cs state you can withdraw upto €2000 per week which is shocking compared to majority of online casinos but I respect their terms.
After 7 business days I contacted their live support as I had not received my withdrawal and was told it would be processed within 48hrs. That time frame came and went so I contacted them again and spoke with a shift manager by the name of Shawn who apologized and stated it would be processed the next day, surprise still nothing the next day and this is now 10 business days after my initial withdrawal request. I again contacted them today and was told it should have been processed and would I mind emailing their payments team?? Why am I having to do this?
BO Vegas are in breach of their own T&Cs as 10 business days have now passed and I have still yet to receive my withdrawal. At this rate it's going to take a few months to withdraw all my money, and why would I or anyone ever want to redeposit with this casino again if they stall on paying out any winnings?

I appreciate the gesture but this whole issue could have been dealt with weeks ago. Just sort out your withdrawal T&Cs and the constant complaints will stop, it's not difficult really is it? Glad higher management are finally seeing some sense.
