Dunder Casino - Delayed verification and withdrawal

I have a problem withdrawing my funds. I tried to verify my account but Dunder keep on asking for documents over and over. It's been a week with no progress. I sent all possible documents that could help me in verifying my account. Passport pic, I.D's, pay stub, 2 bank statements of cards that i used(credit and debit). Pictures of both cards front and back with 6 digits covered and cvc covered. I even sent a selfie next to my passport and I.D because they want it. I thought that would be it. That they will verify my account and process the withdrawal as soon as possible. But i received email from Dunder agent named "Jack" that i still lack one document coming from bank account ending in "6588". Im surprised where that bank account came from. I dont have that bank account. I dont know if they just made a mistake or they just made it up just to deny my withdrawal of 4,500Cad. I need help. Thanks.

Hi Mikkinin,

With regards to your query.

We requested a Bank Statement for your account ending with 88, and received the Bank Statement for the mentioned account which however did not include any name, thus it was rejected.

We then received an email from you asking about a update on the verification process and we informed you that we were still missing the Bank Statement for account ending 88.

You have since sent in a new copy for the mentioned Bank Statement of account 88 which has been approved.

Unfortunately, player failed to provide adequate feedback within the given 96-hours time frame for response. As per the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service terms and guidelines, player is supposed to provide updates on their issues in a timely and responsible manner, something that player did not do regrettably.

The complaint is being rejected due to submitter's inactivity and the case is now officially closed.
