On April 10, 2015 I have be paid out my winnings of € 4,000 by Banktransfer. The German manager was on vacation or sick . Jeff has suggested to me that I halve the amount and it can be transferred to me immediately € 2,000 . I did that. I played with the other € 2000 to € 2101. The first € 2000, confirmed a day later . I paid € 2,101 also . Both amounts have been confirmed since 4 weeks. But I do not get the money . I am almost every day chatting and they say that everything is fine and the money was transferred . I phoned with the German manager . He says it 's all right with my payment . He does not understand why I do not get my money . He spoke with the CEO of the payment office . She has probably transferred again , but the money is not in my bank account. The bank details are correct . These are not the first payouts in this casino . Before, it worked well.

My final message was that everything was transferred on Monday . 1449 Euro have in my bank account since Tuesday . Euro 2652 are still missing. The money was probably not fully paid . 5 days have passed since transfer. Why they tell me something else?

No. Nothing has changed. There were 1 449 euros paid last week . There are still missing 2652 euros for the complete 4101 Euro . In 2 months now you have so often told me that the money is transferred from the finance department . This is no longer credible . If the money is in my bank account I'll confirm it here immediately.
