7BitCasino - Delayed Payment, No Response From Finance Department

It is with much disappointment that I am issuing this review/complaint of the ‘accredited’ 7BitCasino. This is specifically directed at their ‘Finance Department’ who seem to be non-existent and show a total disregard for their own withdrawal/cash out payment Terms and Conditions.

I was very excited on Saturday October 21st 2017 after depositing via Skrill. A $5.00 bet on Platinum Lightning managed to hit a monster win during the free spin bonus which paid in excess of $5,800.
A cash out request was then requested back to e-wallet Skrill split into two ($4,000 and $1,500).

From here I can confirm the other reviews/complaints from other players on AskGamblers.com.
7BitCasino Live Support have supposedly sent requests for updates to their “Finance Department’ three times per day for the last three days. Absolutely NO response has been received from this department nor have I received any confirmation about my cash out request.

The Terms and Conditions of the casino for cash out to e-wallet says 1-3 business days max and I have been a loyal fully verified member of this casino since 2015 with many deposits being made.
I still have not received any notification or cash out – it is well past the 3 business days now. Every time I follow up with Live Support they advise they have not received any update from this so called Finance Department.

At this stage I think 7BitCasino needs to have their AskGamblers accreditation seriously reviewed or removed.
This is not good enough and is reflecting badly on AskGamblers website as I can no longer trust their accredited casino list after this experience.

I just cannot believe that no one can even get in contact with the Finance Department – the casino has failed to meet their own Terms & Conditions and absolutely nothing is being done about it.
Extremely disappointed – my positive experience has turned into an extremely frustrating one.
