Hi, 9th January I've made 20 euro deposit at Queenspin Casino and managed to win 500euro from that so I decided to cashout.
I have requested a withdrawal and uploaded by documents same day.
Now it's been over two weeks and my account is still not verified.
I've tried to contact live chat everyday- they did response me once 10th January and told me to upload photo of myself holding ID card so I did. No contact since. I also tried to send emails but no response once again.

Everything has been paid right after I've written this complain so I consider this case resolved.
