I had made a request to withdraw my winnings of 1.7BTC but it was still pending for manual approval. it worried me further as i tried to make small amount request and are still subjected to manual approval. During my first attempt of withdrawal, I am able to contact the customer support they would process my request as soon as possible, however, subsequent attempts was made to contact support through chat and email but there are no response.
