I was sp lucky to win 8000€ yesterday and cashed out 2x €4000 as i can max do a 4000withdrawal at the time.
Uploaded all relevant documents and waited some time and decided to check with Live support if all was okay or they needed further details since i deposited with both Neteller and Skrill.
i waited more than 20 in in the livechat NO reply. I tried several times yesterday and today to get in contact with the casino on both email and live chat and still i have had NO luck in getting any feedback.
So now im worried as they prommise ewallet cashouts to be done from 0-8 hours and here after 30 hours NOTHING HAPPEND.
No Support reply on multiple emails, no docs are verified and no payments are done... =/
