Delayed cashout and no response


Dear Askgamblers!
I made my first deposit of 20 usd on January 22, 2017 21:23. I did not received a bonus which was a bit suprise for me.
So instead of waiting for crediting bonus I used to play with my own money. I managed to reach small ammount which was 50usd, then decided to make a withdrawal( January 22, 2017 22:25) so today is gonna be 48h.
I tried to contact support many times ( like 20 attempts to reach live chat and I sent about 5 emails to support also sent a message on Facebook ) there was not any replay at all.
I don't know If I should be worry about this case.
Please help me!
