Delayed payment of small withdrawal

Hi, 9th January I've made 20 euro deposit at Queenspin Casino and managed to win 500euro from that so I decided to cashout. I have requested a withdrawal and uploaded by documents same day. Now it's been over two weeks and my account is still not verified. I've tried to contact live chat everyday- they did response me once 10th January and told me to upload photo of myself holding ID card so I did. No contact since. I also tried to send emails but no response once again.

Dear Askgamblers! I made my first deposit of 20 usd on January 22, 2017 21:23. I did not received a bonus which was a bit suprise for me. So instead of waiting for crediting bonus I used to play with my own money. I managed to reach small ammount which was 50usd, then decided to make a withdrawal( January 22, 2017 22:25) so today is gonna be 48h. I tried to contact support many times ( like 20 attempts to reach live chat and I sent about 5 emails to support also sent a message on Facebook ) there was not any replay at all. I don't know If I should be worry about this case. Please help me!

I had made a request to withdraw my winnings of 1.7BTC but it was still pending for manual approval. it worried me further as i tried to make small amount request and are still subjected to manual approval. During my first attempt of withdrawal, I am able to contact the customer support they would process my request as soon as possible, however, subsequent attempts was made to contact support through chat and email but there are no response.

I was sp lucky to win 8000€ yesterday and cashed out 2x €4000 as i can max do a 4000withdrawal at the time. Uploaded all relevant documents and waited some time and decided to check with Live support if all was okay or they needed further details since i deposited with both Neteller and Skrill. i waited more than 20 in in the livechat NO reply. I tried several times yesterday and today to get in contact with the casino on both email and live chat and still i have had NO luck in getting any feedback. So now im worried as they prommise ewallet cashouts to be done from 0-8 hours and here after 30 hours NOTHING HAPPEND. No Support reply on multiple emails, no docs are verified and no payments are done... =/ Hope to have this issue solved asap and hope that askgamblers will managed to contact queenspin in order for them to reply back to be.
