After clearing the wagering requirements for the 300% match deposit bonus, I was left with $50 in my account. I submitted a withdrawal request on 09/05/2017 for $50. The allocated time-frame for withdrawals according to their website is 15 days- it has been 3 weeks from my withdrawal request and there are still no funds in my account.

I spoke to their "live support" about this issue and they say their processor is having delays- they use this excuse every time, it seems as though they are giving me the "run-around"

Please let us know if there's an update regarding your ongoing complaint.
