Delayed $9.000 payment
I have winnings from December 18, 2017 for a total of $9,000 that remain unpaid to date. I have contacted the casino several times, and I am told my payments are in the queue, but no further progress as of today's date. I received one payment of $1,000 on 2/16/18, and the remaining $9,000 is still unpaid. Now when I try to Live Chat with the financial department, my turn comes up to chat, and then the representative disconnects me.
