Refusing to pay legitimate winnings

Helo, I registered some days ago. I made a deposit, made two winning and 1 lost bets, and I required a withdrawal. I didnt take any bonusses. My documents were confirmed. However more than 48 hours passed ( live support told me it will take up to 48 hours) and my withdrawal isnt completed. I`ve just contacted the live support and they told me my account is being investigated. So, I had to read first the bad reviews about fenixcasino and then to register there. I dont understand why my account is investigated. Actually you can tell everyone "Your account is being investigated and not to pay" I have 2 100 euros there. However I am grateful that there are forums like this- people can complain.

After two withdrawal requests (315 euros), my account is locked.The answer from the chat is that i have different accounts on same ip which is non sense.Help would be appreciated to get this legitimate won money.Before that complaint, they were paying, proof that this multiaccount answer comes from nowhere.

I set up a monthly deposit limit of £30 with Fenix Casino. Today i was able to deposit(across 4 separate transactions) £140. Fenix casino chat help have confirmed my deposit limit is still active- but that it has to be done manually by the casino- what is the point in this? Hi , I won at Fenix casino in early July and have been trying to get paid ever since for the first 3 weeks they just said it was coming this was via live chat then they said my account needed validating so i did that , then live chat said i was a priority to be paid next this was in August and everytime i go on live chat they tell me to email support at fenix and i will be paid .
