I have a player account on Crowncas a few months, I verified the account a few weeks ago, I made many deposits and several withdrawals, my last request withdraw 2020-01-30 , after a few hours of the same day I received the message email:
Dear User, we are happy to confirm that your withdrawal was accepted.
Depending on the Withdrawal Method it might take up to <2-3 Business> days until you receive it.
today is 10 days and the payment is still not sent to my account.
